At Nuvanta, customer satisfaction is important to us.


We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and undamaged.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-returnable items:
Items damaged due to misuse
Clearance or sale items
Personalized/custom items


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
